How to File a Claim:
Contact our support team at support@thenorthbreeze.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include photos or a video clearly showing the defect.
Our team will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.
Please note: Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for warranty service.
